4. Reschedule Terms

Studio West Gallery requires 48 hours of advance notice for any reschedule requests. Requests submitted with the required notice will be processed Tue-Sat between noon-6 PM. Submissions outside of these hours will be processed during our next available office hours.

Studio West Gallery does not allow refunds, but we will create a reschedule voucher for you to select a different event to attend.
